Declaring non-working days

As an administrator, it is possible to declare the company’s non-working days (annual closure, public holidays, etc.) in order to block the reservation of places on those days.

To add a non-working day, go to your company’s MyCarSpot app:

  • In the menu “Admin”, click on “Business days”

  • Click on “Add a non-working day”

  • Select the day in question in the calendar and click on “Add”.

  • The day is automatically recorded and will be greyed out in the users’ schedule. They will not be able to apply on these days, nor will they be able to release their place in the case of holders.
