There are several types of users in MyCarSpot:
- Space holders with automatic validation,
- Space holders,
- Space requesters.
Space holders have a permanent space assigned to them. Depending on their profile, they must confirm or not the use of their space for the next few days in order for it to be reserved for them.
Space requesters do not have a parking space or an office in their name, they make requests when they need it and get spaces according to availability. The administrator can also define criteria to give certain applicants priority over others in the allocation of spaces.
